The general Sales Department e-mail is dedicated to new inquiries related to Magnuson product offerings and the purchase of them. Once an e-mail has been submitted it will be reviewed by our sales staff. We answer countless tickets every day in the order they were received, and strive to reply within 1 business day. We ask you to please take the time to include all pertinent information related to your specific vehicle application and the Magnuson Supercharger part number in your submission so that we can efficiently and fully reply. Sending multiple requests creates congestion that hinders our ability to respond in a timely manner as does sending other inquiries not related to the Sales group.
